The service
Get Kandid analyzes publicly available customer reviews and delivers reports, alerts and reply drafts for your business. We are an insight layer: we read and analyze. We never post on your behalf — every reply draft is copy-paste, and we never request access to your review-platform accounts.
Free sample and paid plans
The free sample report is a one-time snapshot, limited in scope, and never expires into a paid plan by itself. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually as displayed on our pricing page. Annual plans are billed up front at the displayed discount. You can cancel any time by email; monthly plans end at the close of the current billing month, annual plans at the end of the paid term.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to request reports for the business you submit, and that you will use reply drafts and recommendations at your own discretion. You are responsible for anything you choose to publish on review platforms.
Our limits, candidly
Reports are generated from public data using automated analysis, including AI. They can contain errors, and review platforms may change or restrict data at any time. Reports are business intelligence, not legal, financial or medical advice. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Intellectual property
Your reports are yours to use for your business, including sharing them internally or with advisors. The Get Kandid name, design and report format remain ours. Review excerpts remain the work of their authors and are quoted under their public availability on the source platforms.
Fake reviews and platform disputes
We surface patterns, but we do not adjudicate review authenticity — that remains the platforms’ job. We are not affiliated with Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor or Healthgrades.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers. We may suspend service for abuse. Governing law: Germany, place of jurisdiction Munich, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
